When SDZ Law opened their practice, Yearbook was tasked with creating a classic, yet contemporary brand that mirrored the attention SDZ gives to clients. It was imperative that the design would embody strategy, as well as sensitivity to speak to families in crisis.


With a sharp focus on the specific needs of family law, a clean logotype and striking color palette was developed that presents a timeless and established firm. Matching excellence with elegance, SDZ Law’s brand evokes the level of detail every client deserves.


Located within the heart of downtown Chicago, the photography chosen represents the brand in a elegant manner, using Chicago’s rich architectural landscape as a focused lense on the amazing details of the great city. Taking advantage of black and white photography added to the brands classic look and feel.


Merging all of the visual details and elements of the brand, we developed a simple yet sophisticated website as SDZ’s home for learning more about the firm and providing resources for anyone in search of family law services. A series of taglines were developed to build the connection needed between the client and the firm in order to establish a foundation of trust and a level of confidence in the services rendered.
